During the Covid Lockdown of 2020, I took night walks to explore my neighborhood. Most were taken under the light of a full moon that exposed many colors and shapes not seen by the daylight eye. It revealed places that are usually bustling with people but is now abandoned and quiet. A sense of unease arises because the brain expects social cues and "predictability" that are missing in these empty, transitional environments.
